Emma commenced her career as a Chemical Engineer in the petroleum refining industry before seeing the light and completing a Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney. She graduated in 2013 and has been gaining experience through a variety of Occupational Therapy roles including private practice paediatrics and brain injury rehabilitation, Royal North Shore Hospital Community Aged Care as well as in the Spinal Cord Injury Units at Royal North Shore Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital.

Emma is currently working as a Senior Occupational Therapist on the RNSH Spinal Injury Unit.
